Since Alibaba response American e-cigarettes environment change rules, Alibaba will block all American IP to browse e-cigarettes and related parts etc after Oct 10th 2019.

1.The e-cigarettes and related parts will not display for American customers;
2.The credit insurance order will not be received and processed for operation;
3.The Alibaba manage and control these product’s catalog under the e-cigarettes and related parts from consumer electronics electronic cigarettes, and include other catalog but related with e-cigarettes and parts.
